Join the Hackney Green Party and Green Party Co-Leader Caroline Lucas MP for an action day to get Green councillors elected to the Hackney Council.
There's lots of activities to do including simple canvassing, newsletter delivery, envelope stuffing and more. All training will be provided, and volunteers will be buddied up.
Arrive for tea, coffee and training at 10.30am with Caroline Lucas joining us before start the day's activity in earnest. Lunch will be provided for those staying on for the afternoon session, which you can join at 2.30 if you miss the morning.
We really need your help to get Green Councillors onto the Hackney Council on May 3rd 2018. This is a once every 4 years opportunity.
All members are reminded of the Safeguarding Commitment and Code of Conduct which they agreed to upon joining the party.
