💚 Join us with Green Party Co-Leader Carla Denyer on Saturday 5 Feb as the election campaign kicks into full swing.

💚 In 2018 we came incredibly close to getting Greens onto Hackney Council (21 votes to be exact.) This time we know that we can do it, a core team of local greens have been campaigning and organising since and now is the time to double down and help deliver a slate of Green voices onto the Council.

💚 While we might not have the money or the resources of the major two parties, we do have incredible local members and last years local elections demonstrated that where local members campaign, they win. 151 Green Councillors were elected across England & Wales in 2021 and this year there will be two more from Dalston.

💚 If you want to be part of the Green wave in 2022 and help get Greens elected in Hackney - then this is the perfect time to get involved. 

Timetable for the day:

Arrive 10.15 - Meet at 8 Carlisle Walk, Dalston E8 3SX 🍉🍪☕

(Our campaign organiser Daron will be on hand to meet with new members and to introduce you to local green members.)

10.20 to 10.30 - Carla Speech on what Greens in power can achieve. 😁💚📢

10.30 to 11.30 - Meet Carla, opportunity for photos. 📸😊👋

11.30 to 12.00 - Refreshment break

From 12.00-13:30 - Campaigning in Dalston. 😃🚪📰👍

(Full training and support will be provided for new members. We will be doing 60 second surveys - arguably the most fun and easiest form of green party campaigning. We will buddy up and head out to collect the views of the wonderful residents of Dalston & let them know about our fantastic candidate's Zoe and Ty!)
