Join us in Hackney Downs for a day of Door Knocking!
We meet on Saturday of the month at 10.30am at 191 Brooke Road.
Following the resignation of the Labour Mayor of Hackney, Hackney Greens have selected Cllr Zoë Garbett to be our candidate for Mayor. On Saturday we'll be letting local residents know about the upcoming by-election and spreading the word about Zoë's fantastic ideas for the Council. Please join us for the launch - we need as many people as possible to reach residents before polling day and prevent yet another Labour Mayor from taking office.
The team will provide a full briefing and training at the start of the event, and you'll be paired with someone experienced if you are relatively new. No need to prepare anything in advance, just bring yourself and some comfy shoes.
We'll follow the following agenda, so if you can only make some of the day you know where to find us:
10.30am - Welcome and Training at 191 Brooke Road
11.00am - Door Knocking across Hackney Downs
1.00pm - Lunch at 191 Brooke Road
2.00pm - Back out Door Knocking across Hackney Downs
4.30pm - Meet back at 191 Brooke Road for a quick debrief
